[Wylug-admin] this weeks announce

Hi all,

I sent out the announce for Monday's meeting earlier in the week and
it's still not been moderated.

I think I've been added as a moderator but haven't received a moderation
notice (I think Nigel is aware of this and is looking into it) but I
don't know how to allow the message otherwise.  Can anyone do this?
