Thanks to a lead courtesy of Anne Wilson, we have a chap called Tim
Schofield giving a talk on his experiences implementing an open source
solution in rural east African hospitals.

I'll do the announcements as soon as Tim's got back to me with his
preferred talk title.

Do we have to do anything to arrange the room at OBH?
