[Wylug-announce] Next Meeting - Monday 12th August 2002

Summer Greetings all,

Ooops, problems galore at the last meeting, what with malfunctioning
laptops and incompatabilites between video cards and projectors - it was
cosy huddled round the monitor :-)

Thanks to James for the talk on Webmail with Horde, and to Simon for the
intro to Programming PICs under Linux.

Traditionally (can you have a tradition after only 4 years?) our Aug
meeting has been just a social chat etc and onwards quickly to the pub.
This year we have dispensed with any preamble and are meeting AT the pub.

We meet from 7pm onwards at a back room of the Victoria Pub on Great
George Street, Leeds. There will be some food thanks to Rob Speed and the
generosity of Vickers Laboratories Ltd.

Should be a relaxed social event, so see you all on Monday,
