The Return.......
Greetings all,
Good do at the Victoria in August. Thanks to Robert Speed, and Vickers
Laboratories for the food.
Ok The replacement Lecture room has been built and is ready for "The
Return". The new room is 2 floors above the old WYLUG meeting room. There
is a lift, (might not be working at end of meeting, not sure when it gets
switched off) and the route will be well signposted.
This Sept. we have Aaron and Smylers pairing up to provide a double act,
doing a presentation "When PHP Goes Bad: Experiences of Using PHP in Large
Websites".
Not sure how long they plan to talk. I have a short talk on rolling your
own XFree86 modelines when you don't have full monitor specs, if anyone
would be interested?
cheers
Jim
