Meetings for March and April 2003
The promised lecture on the 12th of March which was to have taken
place at Sheffield Hallam University, Adsetts Centre, room 6620 has
been cancelled. This is because no one knows what might happen in
the coming weeks at an international level. The lecture has been
re-scheduled for later this year. Watch this space for more info.
Sorry about that. I don't run the FBI myself.
To replace the lecture we will have a meeting at the Hillsborough
Hotel. For more info about the venue have a look at..

The tram stops outside. Langsett Road Primrose View stop on the way
over from the station to Hillsborough. Info about the tram...

The April meeting will take place on the 12th of April at the Country
Bookshop at Hassop just next to Bakewell in Derbyshire. This is an
excellent venue. A net connection will be available. The shop also
has an excellent cafe which provides vegetarian or meaty food. All
of it good and at low prices. The Monsal Trail passes by the shop.
You can walk or cycle if you get bored at the meeting. There is a
large car park. More info about the book shop...

The meeting starts at about 11 a.m and finishes at about 4 p.m.
If you are brining a PC or laptop or palmtop with GNU/Linux installed
don't forget things like keyboards, monitors and network cables. If
you aren't driving you can get there on a 240 bus from Sheffield
Interchange. Call 01709 515151 for more info about that.
Hope we see you soon
