[Wylug-announce] xinit.lug.org.uk [217.147.93.68] occasionally falls into SpamCop

Others who might have missed the "final notice" before the September
(non-)meeting or who sometimes see a reply but no original posting (or
v-v) on the WYLUG lists might like to look at the blocking lists they
employ.

Its clear that xinit.lug.org.uk flirts with SpamCop from time to time
(although I assume that these inclusion are the result of other traffic
via this relay).
