The other day I downloaded some stuff from Thawte on using their certificates
with Apache.

You have to register, but it's worth it, as several days later you will be
telephoned and emailed by Thawte salesmen, which affords you an ideal
opportunity to tell them they won't be getting your business because of the
Verisign DNS wildcard debacle :)
