At www.ebuyer.co.uk they are selling a laptop for £330 + VAT without
windows. It is low spec 533MHz Transmeta but it is said to except redha9
install without problems but I haven't seen one myself.

I can't remember who mentioned it, but there was talk that you could
mail order a (Dell?) laptop with Linux (i.e. without Windows).
