The company for which I work uses ICM, www.icm-computer.co.uk, in
Birstall - near IKEA. The technical staff there seem very clued up. I
can't compare its charges with the likes of Rackspace, though, as most
of that side is often commercial in confidence as soon as you start to
get into any detail.
