Just a quick one for anyone who uses Paypal or knows somebody who does....

There's a new phishing scam out, which aims collect your bank/credit
card details. The HTML email contains a link to spoof site hosted in Taiwan.

The only reason I'm mentioning it is that it's particularly well-crafted
and looks extremely authentic, even down to the language and tone that
the email is written in. It's often poor grammar or spelling that ruins
this kind of scam, but this one made me stop and think for a couple of
seconds.

I've emailed the owners of the netblock on which the bogus site is hosted.

Anyone who maintains a corporate Internet access gateway may wish to
block 202.133.229.231 in case any unwitting employees are taken in.
