OK, my 2p worth.... I work on my laptop, and keep all my work there on the local disk. Once an hour it rsync's to another machine on the LAN, which in turn rsync's every night to another box somewhere else. Hourly backups from the laptop, nightly off-site backups from the server. Rsync rocks! James
