Does anyone know what Linspire (tryoutlinux.com) is based on.

They've got a poorly researched and defined table touting itself
against XP and other Linux varients.

They even claim XP is bug free...

I'm presuming that M$ were intending to bring out their own (bug-ridden)
version of Linux in order to tarnish the name, etc.
Bring it out at a low-price, get people used to it then introduce certain
features that are strangely only available to the Windows platform as
well...

Or, they'll somehow get 'bought' by M$ in the future ?
