It doesn't really make sense for anybody to be subscribed to the
higher-traffic Wylug-discuss but not Wylug-announce.  But anybody who
has chosen to do so presumably has some bizarre reason for wanting to
avoid announcements.

Wylug has distinct mailing lists for different purposes.  There is never
a need to cross-post between the different lists, as doing so only
irritates those who are subscribed to all of them.

Messages should be posted to the most appropriate list (and in general
it should be assumed that all Wylug members receive (if not read)
Wylug-announce); if that means that some people out there don't see your
message, then so be it -- that's not a reason to spam it on to
inappropriate lists!
