Yes.

The status page says Leeds, Harrogate, York, Huddersfield and
Middlesborough have all been hit.  They claim it's been ongoing
since 8pm last night, but our NTL was out (TV *and* broadband)
since earlier.  The TV came back later in the evening, but no
sign of broadband yet.
