At last it looks like we have a meeting with Diana Wallis (Lib Dem MEP). Can 
all those interested and able to attend a meeting with her this Friday let me 
know ASAP. If anyone can offer a suitable venue for the meeting, that would 
be great. We ought to have a pre-meeting to get our ducks in line - how does 
a discussion in a pub or over a meal on Thursday evening sound?

Sorry not to have replied sooner.

Diana could meet with you on Friday 3rd June in Leeds.  We would prefer to
avoid early morning as Diana will be travelling from Hull.  Do you have a
venue?  I could possibly arrange a room at the Civic Hall, they have let us
use the facilities in the past.

Could you let me have the names of the representatives of the other
companies you mentioned?
