It was caught by the Mailman moderation, but I managed to fat finger the
options when dealing with the held stuff.

Unfortunately the lug.org.uk machine does not SA or sender verify the
list stuff, so there tends to be tons of garbage in the moderation
queue.  Which probably means there have been far more false positive
rejections than false negatives in the past :-(
