Most of the Bulldog horror stories were, I beleive, due to BT missing 
provisioning dates rather too often and a lack of support staff. I 
understand they have recruited to beef up the support department, and 
friends who use the service have commented on the improvement. 

If you want to do away with your BT landline, Bulldog are reselling C&W 
services in the Leeds area, so it might be worth considering. 

Maybe I misread the original email, but choosing a LLU'd service doesn't 
mean you can get rid of your BT landline. 

I've just bought a Billion BiPAC 7402VGP - pretty cheap for all the features 
it includes; hopefully that's not because it's junk!
