It claims to be unix-ish. Apache is at least 18 months old and was superseded in 
March 2004 with a security update. It's got a fairly old version of PHP, too. I 
suspect one of your criteria is that you'll have to decide whether you're 
happier with an ISP that appears to be using a "less secure" version of 
apache/php or one that uses IIS.
