Being both unimaginative and 'time-poor', I went for wordpress ;-)

It's got most of what we will ever need and it's a doddle to configure
(give or take the few days of CSS-twidling needed to convert the default
theme to render XHTML Strict in a scalable fashion, i.e. to kill off the
current pixel-imperfect layout).
