A few years ago, I spent some time helping to set up a computing college 
(for want of a better phrase) in Karachi.  There were lots of cheap 
books reprinted in India at a fraction of their US/UK prices, but many 
of them turned out just to be black only - they'd been copied from the 
originals and reprinted on cheap paper without the colour.

The ones you find may not be like that, but some of the 'too good to be 
true' prices can be misleading.
