No.  Who controls which domains is determined by starting at the end.
So .uk domains, including .org.uk, are through Nominet.  They operate
the tag system I mentioned.  So you have to get Mailbox to change your
domain's tag to that of the registrar you move to.

.org domains don't have tags but have auth codes for transfers.  So
Mailbox will have to issue you with an auth code for your domain (but
don't have to change anything on it).  You present that autho code to
your new transfer, and they can take it from there.

Pretty much all registrars explain this in the online forms for
transferring domains.  I don't expect you'll have any trouble doing it.
