Hi,

Googling suggests that you can run Linux on this kit:

Fairly old postings suggest certain loss of functionality under Linux,
e.g. lower screen resoultion, wifi drop-out.

Anyone have any direct experience?

The hardware capabilities are almost exactly what I need, and the
size/weight looks perfect for my itinerant working life.
