Plenty of places will, but expect to be paying 25-50 quid for a 5 minute job.

Yes, I've replaced inverters, screens and all sorts. It's not terribly
difficult. The hardest part is getting the case open without marking the
plastic. Undoing the screws isn't usually enough because there tends to be
hidden clips and catches. As long as you use something wooden or plastic to pry
the case open, it's easily done though. Watch out for screws hidden under
rubber feet and other stuck on bits.
