I don't know if there is a 64bit version of PDF creator http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/ or http://www.pdfforge.org/
...but as a long term user of ghostscript on Win machines, I've found it to be very good

Adobe's generic postscript driver would probably be a better bet
that the Apple drivers:
  http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=pdrv&platform=win
but these probably won't work on Windows 7.

This suggestion also looks reasonable:
