Avoid anything that uses PowerVR graphics (i.e. N2600/GMA500 based). 
Unfortunately this is pretty much all netbooks still in production (including 
the 1023ce). You need to go back to the previous generation (N4xx/N5xx) Atom 
chips to have any real chance of working[1], and you're unlikely to find those 
new.

As someone else mentioned, some of the new chromebooks look interesting (in 
particular the C720). Possibly also some of the "transformer" type tablets.

[1] The very newest Atom chips should also be OK, but AFAIK only the tablet 
variants have been released so far, and even they're pretty rare.
