Hi Darren

People often report problems which they blame on one aspect of their setup 
when the problem is really elsewhere. So, just because people blame KDE 
doesn't mean there is a problem with the latest release. It may be better to 
follow the many who have had no problems than the few who have unless you know 
that the few who have are using the same distro as you.
