Apologies for the short notice as I had meant to forward details sooner!

In just under 2 weeks time it will be the start of the Wuthering Bytes
technology festival in Hebden Bridge (just under an hour from Leeds by
train).

* Open Source Hardware Camp, Sat 26th & Sun 27th September

Open Source Hardware Camp 2015 features 13 talks on the Saturday,
covering topics ranging from processor design to developing IoT
Applications with the ESP8266. Followed by 7 workshops on the Sunday,
including one on baremetal ARM programming and another in which
participants get to build a 3D printed digital microscope with 1
micrometer X/Y/Z positioning.

* Open for Business, Mon 28th September

Immediately after OSHCamp, on Monday 28th September, the BCS Open
Source Specialist Group and Open Source Consortium are hosting a day
of talks aimed at anyone with or thinking about starting an open
source business.

Tickets for this day are actually free (ignore what it says on
wutheringbytes.com).

* Festival Day, Fri 2nd October

There are some pretty great talks lined up for the closing day of the
festival. Including one from Professor Danielle George, who presented
the Royal Institution 2014 Christmas Lectures. As well as one from
Chris Thorpe, ex-CTO of Moshi Monsters, who will be giving a talk on
3D scanning and printing.

Cheers,

Andrew
