[Wylug-discuss] Linux Compatibility Layer in Windows

If I understand an rss news steam from linux .com correctly: - It seems 
that Windows 10 has not just got a  linux compatibility layer inside it. 
It has an entire copy of linux inside, it kernel and all! Needless to 
say, Microsoft can not keep up with security updates, internally, by 
itself, and is now having security problems with windows 10.
