[Wylug-discuss] Network outages, the wrong kind of snow

Has anyone noticed network outages between about 21:00h and 22:00h today 
Tues 2/2/16 resulting in loss of contact with sites based in Leeds? And 
partial loss of contact with the rest of the internet. eg Iam having 
difficulty contacting somafm, a music site. Their specialist client is 
ok but web and amarok are flakey at best.Am I being too fussy or do we 
have to accept the wrong kind of snow again ?
