Subject: [Wylug-discuss] Sony Vaio to fiddle with

An elderly relative has offered me a Sony vaio to fiddle with. Needless
to say I will be installing slackware on it if I can. A quick fiddle
with UEFI and cfdisk, has led me to discover some partitions that I
probably should not delete. Some of these partitions refer to EFI and
some to Microsoft. Is it possible/desirable to be rid of both ?
