We use a freelancer called Rowan Wookey whom I can definitely recommend.

We've used him now for just over 4 years and we're more than happy with his
work. He manages all of our linux VPS servers, local office servers
(owncloud, gitlab), custom linux high availability servers, AWS
infrastructure (databases, elastic servers, storage) and is very security
focused.

He works fully remotely with a retainer per server.
