[Wylug-help] Email line wrapping question

Hello All,

I am receiving some data by email. The data is well ordered into
delimited fields and the records are delimited by newlines.

The data is being auto-generated somewhere else.

Somewhere between the data generator and my receiving it, it is being
line wrapped, with the inserted newlines marked by a "=", and with the
real newlines marked with a "=20=".

Is this a standard way of doing it? Does this method of doing it have
a name or specification?
