I have been running a Pipex business account (5 static IPs, lower
contention) from home since about May-June last year.

The service has been faultless since September.

It was appalling before that due to over-selling anf under-capacity to
supply (they blame BT ... who doesn't?).  It looks like they have got
the teething problems well out of the way now.
