[Wylug-help] accessing web page via user name

I need to access some web pages via a username.

e.g. http://195.123.123.12/~username/

I am running Redhat 7.3. I know that I have to modify an instruction in a config file, but I can't remember what it is.

Can anybody tell me what I need to do to make it work.
