Sorry, I missed the original post on this (along with any extra criteria
which may have been stated) but there's a program called printbill, by
Daniel Franklin, at http://ieee.uow.edu.au/~daniel/software/printbill/.
It's apparently being used in a fair few places now, and it has a nice, tidy
Debian package.
