All,

Sometime last night, I noticed that Firefox on my machine has assumed a
strange new behaviour.

An insertion point (flashing |) has appeared, and can be moved around
with the arrow keys. Scrolling now works like a text editor, in that
pressing the arrow keys moves the cursor to the top or bottom of the
window before scrolling begins.

I suspect my 11 month old has trigged this behaviour by random
keybashing. Does anybody have any idea of how to get it back to normal?

James
