I went for the package that provides a static IP, 512/256 speed, email +
webmail, PHP/MySQL webspace with Webalyser, and a fairly good admin
interface all for £19.50 per month inc VAT.

Setup fee of 65 quid is only payable if you cancel within 12 months,
otherwise it is waived.

I have been very impressed.
