The Power Whois at WebHostingInfo has a large database of IP addresss
and domain names. No guarantees of completeness, though.

<much snippage>

$ lynx -dump "http://whois.webhosting.info/129.11.144.5"

                   Web Hosting Information - Power WHOIS

                129.11.144.5 - IP hosts 3 Total Domains ...
                           Showing 1 - 3 out of 3

                        1 [11]MORETHANYOUTHINK.COM.
                        2 [12]MORETHANYOUTHINK.NET.
                        3    [13]TANGENTIUM.ORG.

  11. http://whois.webhosting.info/MORETHANYOUTHINK.COM.
  12. http://whois.webhosting.info/MORETHANYOUTHINK.NET.
  13. http://whois.webhosting.info/TANGENTIUM.ORG.

Note that they miss out two interesting domain names associated with
the above IP address.
