[Wylug-help] smb mount help please

Morning All,

Can I have some help please.  I can map a windows share using Konqueror
with the UNC 

   smb://fp1file.ds.leeds.ac.uk/staff7$/eendlw

I would like to mount it using smbmount.  How do I translate the
above?  

   mount -t smbfs '//fp1file.ds.leeds.ac.uk/staff7\$/eendlw' \
    /mnt/iss -o username=eendlw

generates 
 ERRDOS - ERRnosuchshare (You specified an invalid share name)
