Here's a line I've just tested in my authorized_keys file

from="127.0.0.1" ssh-rsa AAAAB3NzaC1yc2EAAAABIwAAAIEAnhNCM/XiNeqnGgK47D8jBxY8j2iYTmmxX5MxlnW5IHjm13dBnIeGUTDCRi60o1mYfIPABIW0c2XlA8HJxjGEk/0xq/rxbKeUfnMxDuDtxBLSEO2l1XRdLErUdCj0FX9uOkFOgQBUj9G3r0kdbA+/EXw8ky9Aoj6EuOPR7lVi8iU= jj at iridium

description of the options.
