Good idea.  (Actually it probably makes more sense to report it to
NetworkManager upstream.)  The trouble is that I don't know how to
isolate or reproduce the bug.

It only happens sometimes, and I haven't yet determined what the
distinguishing factor is in those situations.  This afternoon, for
example, I plugged into a wired network and it worked just fine.
