[Wylug-help] Retrieving Nikon Raw Files off of an SD Card

Hi,

Has anyone found any good approaches to retrieving files (in particular 
Nikon NEF Files) off of an SD Card.  I have an SD Card that I think has 
not formatted properly and I managed to retrieve about half the 
pictures.   Nautilus in Ubuntu recognises that there are more NEF files 
on there but I can not open or retrieve them

Any Thoughts welcomed
