Also, a good thing to think about when googling is where you're using
mplayer.
Is it in stand-alone mplayer?
Is it in gmplayer, or the mplayer plugin within your browser?
This'll affect the issues people have seen and how they've debugged it.
From the sounds of it, it's streamed within a web browser but which
browser? Do you see it in all browsers you try it in? :)
