What happens if you put GATEWAYDEV=eth1 in /etc/sysconfig/network?

Then you can throw any other static routes you particularly want in
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/route-eth2

Something like:

ADDRESS0=77.86.27.0
NETMASK0=255.255.255.192
GATEWAY0=212.104.130.193
