You could try breaking the RAID0 mirror for the boot partition so that it's
running as a single RAID0 disk - a contradiction in terms but that should at
least boot it. I suspect that the kernel is panicking on some low level
validation and that the Fedora boot DVD isn't loading your RAID drivers,
possibly for the same reason. As Tim says, Ultimate Boot CD should at least
get you in a position to mount the volumes to repair them.
