[Wylug-help] Should apt be running constantly?

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Can't remember now if I
upgraded from 10.04 via CD or Update Manager (maybe the first line of
/etc/apt/sources.list suggests a CD install??). I
append /etc/apt/sources.list - looks like CD sources are already
commented out.
