[Wylug-help] Slow Internet with Ubuntu 11.04

My router only serves me, not a huge local network of eager beevers, and at the time I accessed it, it wasn't doing anything else 
like downloading pages or films or online video with skype... Nowt, in fact. It should just have been sitting there waiting for 
commands from me. I mentioned it because on the few occasions I'd needed to access it previously, response had been practically 
instantaneous.
