I bought an entry-level Huwei and immediately regretted it. The screen
was small, and I simply couldn't manage the soft keyboard (and my
fingers are considerably smaller than most men's). I believe that that
model was soon discontinued and their newer models seem to get decent
reviews.
Then I saw my daughter's Galaxy SII and was instantly sold on it. It
feels big when you are used to old-style phones, but it is *so* usable.
It's also very important to make sure that your package suits your
need, as data downloads can be very expensive if you get the wrong
package.
