Yep, automatic zone xfers with bind. Setup one as a master and others as a slave; update to tha master gets pushed to the slaves. I had a play around with peered masters a good few years ago and had some success (i.e. multiple masters, update to any updates the rest).

It's relatively simple to setup (watch out for firewalls), google is your friend. One thing to keep in mind is failovers and what happens when the master comes back up? It can all be accounted for by bind, but you should make sure you plan and test for it.

If you want this all to work with dhcpd, you can setup dynamic zones which are updated by the creation of a new dhcp lease - send those to your master bind server and everyone else (slaves) knows about it
