[YLUG] email problem

Hello, I'm new to this mailing list.

I was just wondering if anyone could help me with an
email problem I'm having.

My main home computer runs slackware 10.2, and I was
able to successfuly configure Thunderbird to recieve
email from my ISP's account. My own computer runs
openSuSE 10. On my PC I configured the email exactly
the same, but I get a connection to server timed out
error. I've also tried evolution and KMail but neither
work. Any ideas?
